2016 EVENT MENU: 

Red Gem Salad with feta, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, cucumber with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Rolls & butter

French Cut Chicken Breast with sun-dried cherries and port wine sauce

Goat cheese mashed potatoes

Brussels Sprouts with sun-dried cranberries

Alternate Desserts: Molten Chocolate Lava Cake with raspberry sauce and Apple Crisp Cheesecake with caramel sauce
