The dinner will be held in the Starlite Room on the 11th floor with cocktails beginning at 5:45 p.m. and dinner beginning at 6:45 p.m..
If you have not already purchased your tickets, time is running out.
Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about the Burns Dinner:
TICKETS: You will not receive paper tickets to the event. When you arrive at the Starlite Room, there will be a registration table where you will check in and receive your table number. If you have guests that will be arriving separately from you, please e-mail their names if you have not already provided them to Karen Kraft at email@example.com so that their names can be included on the registration list.
COAT CHECK/REGISTRATION: When you exit the elevator on the 11th floor, the coat check will be to your left and the registration table will be to your right.
PARKING: You have several options:
NOTE: The Food and Wine event will be at the Chase that day as well, so parking may be crowded. If there is a sign up at the garage that says “Hotel and Event Parking Only,” go ahead and enter the garage. If there are orange cones up at the valet, pull up and tell them you are there for the Burns Dinner and they may be able to help you.
COCKTAILS: The bar during the cocktail hour is a cash-only bar. Wine is available for purchase by credit card during the dinner. Coffee and tea will be served during dinner. Once dinner service is complete, drinks will again be available for cash only at the bar. An ATM is located on the lower level of the hotel.
HOTEL GUESTS: If you are planning on spending the night at the hotel, here are a few things you may want to know:
