Annual General Meeting

The State of the Society Event

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the signature business meeting with the entire membership and Board of Directors. Included with the annual business is the election for new board officers. Society members must be in good standing with all dues paid in order to vote. Current projects, officer reports, and future society plans are also discussed at the AGM. This is a great opportunity to sign up for committees, volunteer, talk to officers, and socialize with fellow members.  If you're not yet a member, but would like to vote and participate in the meeting, visit the Membership page and sign up today!

Due to the fluid situation around the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing measures in St. Louis county, the 2020 Annual General Meeting will be hosted via virtual meeting! The event will take place on Wednesday, September 23rd. Members will be able to log into the meeting beginning at 6:30 PM and the meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Members in good standing must have their dues paid in order to vote in the board election. An email containing a link to the meeting will be distributed to members the week of the 23rd; this will help ensure that members will have ample time to login and be ready for the AGM. We thank you for your patience as we navigate new territory and adjust to new social norms.
